What we collect
The website itself does not set cookies, does not run analytics, has no forms and no user accounts. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not sell or share personal data.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL and time) for security and operations. These logs are not used for marketing.
Third-party players
On the work page, opening a project loads a video player from YouTube, Vimeo or Instagram. These players are only loaded when you open a project, and they are governed by the privacy policies of Google, Vimeo and Meta respectively. Videos hosted on our own domain do not send data to third parties.
If you write to telhacompany.br@gmail.com, we use your name, email address and message only to reply and to handle the project you are asking about. Email is processed by Google (Gmail).
Your rights
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and the GDPR, you can ask what data we hold about you and request its correction or deletion. Send the request to telhacompany.br@gmail.com.
Changes
We will update this page if the site starts collecting new kinds of data (for example, if the shop opens or analytics are added).
