About Telha

Telha Company (also known as Telha Studio or Telha Produções) is an animation studio from Brazil. Our tagline is "Be happy in your own company." We make animation, motion graphics and art direction for commercials, short films, music visualizers, animated-series development and our own original IP.

Who we are

Telha is a small team of directors, animators and designers. Co-founders include Flora Dreer (director and animator, trained at La Poudrière in France) and Bruno Carvalho (animation director). Regular collaborators on our projects include executive producer Gabriel Trompowsky and art director Eduardo Litsek. We work in Portuguese and English.

What we do

• Commercials and branded animation: Nina & Shimu (adapting TOZ's street-art characters to animation, 2024/2025) and Mamba Water, the official water of Rio de Janeiro's Carnaval (2026).
• Music visualizers for Spotify and YouTube: Pode Ligar (Batata Boy feat. Ana Frango Elétrico and Yung Vegan, 2023) and Glote's Shinketsu (2023).
• Art direction and visual development: Caci Pati (2024), an animated series developed with Clara Hermeto and supported by Spcine. The project went through Projeto Marieta, the LPG–Spcine Series Development Grant, MIFA Campus at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival and the Latin American and Caribbean Animation Forum in Cuba.
• Short films: Kanmakan, co-produced with Studio Bloom in Saudi Arabia and funded by Saudi Aramco, Ithra and the Red Sea Film Festival; Conversa Fiada, in production.
• Telha Shorts: our original short-form animations, including Bom Dia (2023), with 5.5 million views and over 500k likes.
• Original IP: Ticotico Motors, which began as flash-tattoo illustrations and is becoming a series of collectible toys.
